Delightful Blue Christmas Truffles combine the sweetness of white chocolate with blue curacao, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons blue curacao
- 1/2 cup sanding sugar
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and pour over the white chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for a minute to melt.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, then add the blue curacao.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 1-2 hours, or until it is firm enough to handle.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions of the ganache and roll them into balls.
- Roll each truffle in sanding sugar to coat.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
