Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner pointing towards you. Spoon a small amount of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3–5 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
To reheat, use an oven or air fryer to keep them crispy. You can also assemble the egg rolls ahead of time and freeze them before frying.
