  • ¼ teaspoon each: oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil
  • ⅛ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 23 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Begin with room temperature butter to ensure smooth mixing.
  2. Mix the butter until creamy using a stand mixer or hand beaters.
  3. For basic butters, incorporate all ingredients except fresh fruits. For fruit-based variations, add fruit gradually after other ingredients are mixed.
  4. Transfer to a serving vessel of choice – either spread directly on a board or portion into ramekins.
  5. Garnish with complementary toppings and serve alongside appropriate bread choices.
