- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, flour, cheese, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove fritters and drain on paper towels. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
