Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  7. Serve hot with crispy fries and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust red pepper flakes to control the heat level. You can add spinach, mushrooms, or sun-dried tomatoes for more variety.
