- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
