Instructions

  1. Prepare brownies in a 9×13-inch pan according to the package instructions.
  2. Let brownies cool completely, then cut out two 6-inch circles.
  3. Place one brownie circle into a 6-inch springform pan and top with one pint of ice cream.
  4. Repeat with the second brownie circle and the remaining pint of ice cream.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
  7. Top with hot fudge and crumbled leftover brownie pieces.
