Instructions
- Prepare brownies in a 9×13-inch pan according to the package instructions.
- Let brownies cool completely, then cut out two 6-inch circles.
- Place one brownie circle into a 6-inch springform pan and top with one pint of ice cream.
- Repeat with the second brownie circle and the remaining pint of ice cream.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
- Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
- Top with hot fudge and crumbled leftover brownie pieces.
