Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and gently toss to combine everything well.
  8. Cook for a few more minutes until fully heated through.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Customize with your favorite vegetables or herbs for extra flavor. Great for leftovers too!
