- 1 large egg

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in the sour cream until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
