- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
- Stir in the flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Mix the granulated sugar with the remaining ½ teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
