Description

A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful chicken dish made easily in a crockpot, perfect for sandwiches, rice, or salads.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken breast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
  6. Stir in crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve on sandwiches or with rice, topped with green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
