A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful chicken dish made easily in a crockpot, perfect for sandwiches, rice, or salads.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix it with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
- Stir in crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Serve on sandwiches or with rice, topped with green onions.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
