Description

Delicious and crispy salmon bites, perfect as an appetizer or snack, baked to perfection for a healthier option.


Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Eggs
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  7. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and sriracha for the dipping sauce.
  8. Serve the salmon bites hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Make sure to cut the salmon into even sizes for even cooking. For extra crunch, consider double-coating the salmon.
