Description
Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are golden, crunchy, and full of flavor. Coated in a light panko crust and drizzled with a sweet-spicy Bang Bang Sauce, these bites are irresistible!

- 1 lb fresh, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each salmon piece in flour, dip it in the eggs, and then roll it in the panko mixture. Set aside.
- Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the salmon bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce over the crispy salmon bites and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes to keep them crispy.
