Description
A unique dish featuring chicken marinated in dill pickle juice and coated in Parmesan breadcrumbs, perfect for an easy dinner or impressive gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Set up a three-bowl breading station: one with seasoned flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off excess. Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Carefully fry breaded chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
