Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the Brussels sprouts cool completely, place them in an airtight container, and keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to regain their crispy texture.
