- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
To store leftovers, let the Brussels sprouts cool completely, place them in an airtight container, and keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to regain their crispy texture.
