 - 1 tsp paprika (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic.
 - Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
 - Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using. Stir gently to combine.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until vegetables are tender.
 - Serve warm, optionally with crusty bread or a side salad.
 
Notes
You can easily customize this dish by swapping the potatoes or adding other veggies like carrots or bell peppers. Try red pepper flakes for a spicier version.
