Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large raw carrot (peeled)

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or extra virgin olive oil)

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  • Peel and finely grate or shave the carrot into ribbons.

  • In a bowl, add coconut oil and vinegar to the grated carrot.

  • Toss well until fully coated.

 

  • Add sea salt to taste and serve immediately.
