Description

A fun, no-bake treat perfect for Halloween that everyone will love. Easy to make and decorate!


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo Cookies (or gluten-free Oreos)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat recommended)
  • 12 oz White Chocolate (or milk/dark chocolate)
  • Sprinkles or Edible Eyes (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Cookies: Place 36 Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese: In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Form the Balls: Roll small amounts of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the Balls: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in a bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  6. Coat the Balls: Dip each ball into melted chocolate and lift out, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Add Decorations: Place back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with edible decorations while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let Them Set: Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until hardened.

Notes

For easier dipping, allow chocolate to cool slightly. Kids can help with crushing, rolling, and decorating!
