Description

Delightful Gingerbread Truffles blend classic holiday flavors with creamy sweetness, perfect for festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gingerbread cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine gingerbread cookie crumbs, cream cheese, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until it’s firm.
  3. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with crushed nuts or sprinkles.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then serve or store in the fridge.
