- 1 cup gingerbread cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine gingerbread cookie crumbs, cream cheese, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until well mixed.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until it’s firm.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with crushed nuts or sprinkles.
- Allow to cool completely, then serve or store in the fridge.
