Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through, around 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

- For the mashed potatoes, prepare them according to your preferred recipe, then stir in shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve chicken over the cheesy mashed potatoes and drizzle with garlic gravy. Garnish with parsley if desired.
