- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the baby carrots in the slow cooker.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the carrots in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the carrots are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
