Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the baby carrots in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the carrots in the slow cooker.
