- 4 slices of turkey or ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
- Place one slice of turkey or ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on each slice of bread. Roll the bread tightly around the filling.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each rolled bread in the egg mixture, ensuring they are coated well.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from the skillet and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with raspberry or strawberry jam.
Notes
Use soft bread for easy rolling. For extra flavor, try adding a slice of cheese with a stronger taste, like cheddar.
