Description

A delicious and easy pasta dish with cherry tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked pasta
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For a healthier option, try using whole wheat pasta. You can add protein like chicken or shrimp, and experiment with different vegetables.
