- 8 oz Feta cheese
- 6 sheets Phyllo pastry
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumble feta cheese into a bowl and mix with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry, brush with olive oil, and place another sheet on top.
- Add a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end and roll tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes until warm.
- Drizzle the chili honey over the baked feta rolls and serve warm.
