Description

A versatile stir-fry recipe that’s easy, customizable, and packed with flavor. Perfect for weeknight dinners or when you want to experiment with new ingredients and cooking skills.

Ingredients

  • Your choice of protein (chicken, beef, tofu, etc.)
  • Fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Your favorite sauce (soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, etc.)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and chopping your fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add your protein to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Pour your favorite sauce over the cooked protein and vegetables, mixing everything well.
  6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Chop vegetables evenly for consistent cooking. Swap proteins and sauces for endless variations. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions for added flavor and presentation. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
