  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced vegetables to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. If using chicken or tofu, add it to the pan and stir well.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix well and cook for another 3–4 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve warm.
