Description

A delightful twist on classic pecan pie, these crescent rolls are warm, gooey, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • Pillsbury Crescent Roll Dough
  • Pecans
  • Brown Sugar
  • Butter
  • Corn Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Eggs
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt until combined.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the dough triangles.
  5. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the point.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or caramel sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
