Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and peppermint extract.
- Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until the dough forms. Divide the dough and mix in cocoa powder and food coloring for variations, if desired.
- Dust your hands and surface with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
- Roll the dough into small balls or shape them into disks.
- Place shaped mints on a parchment-lined tray and let them dry at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
