- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans, rinsed and drained

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until golden and fragrant.

- Reduce heat to low and let simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
