Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and cool them completely.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring for a spooky effect.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
