- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious holiday treat!
