Description

A fun and tasty way to use up leftover holiday stuffing and turkey, these crunchy balls are perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious holiday treat!
