Description

Twix Cookies bring together the classic flavors of chocolate, caramel, and cookie dough, making them perfect for any sweet treat lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups caramel candies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Roll dough into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Allow cooling slightly before adding caramel.
  8. Melt the caramel candies with a tablespoon of milk until smooth.
  9. Drizzle or spread the melted caramel over each cookie, then top with chocolate chips.
  10. Let cool completely before serving.
