- ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts and dill pickle juice. Ensure the chicken is fully submerged and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Set up a three-bowl breading station: one with seasoned flour (salt, pepper, garlic powder), one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it sizzles with a breadcrumb drop.
- Remove chicken from marinade, shake off excess juice, dredge in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Carefully place chicken in the hot oil. Fry 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container once cooled.
