- 2 cups shredded chicken
 - 1 cup cream cheese
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
 - 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
 - 12 small tortillas
 - Cooking spray
 - Guacamole or salsa, for serving
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, and lime juice until well combined.
 - Place a few tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
 - Place taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Spray lightly with cooking spray to help them crisp in the oven.
 - Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
 - Serve hot with guacamole or salsa.
