  • Yield: 8 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A creamy dessert that balances richness with a slight burnt flavor, perfect for parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar (Dissolved in mixture)
  • 3 large Eggs (At room temperature)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (Can substitute with lighter cream)
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour (Gluten-free alternatives work)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (Enhances sweetness)
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream (For serving)
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (For serving)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (For drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, making sure the edges hang over for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  6. Sprinkle the flour and salt over the mixture, then gently fold it in until just combined.
  7. Pour this batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool for about an hour.
  10. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight for the best texture.
  11. Once your cheesecake is chilled, carefully remove it from the loaf pan using the parchment overhang, slice, and serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, and caramel sauce.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter. Cooling in the oven helps prevent cracks. Experiment with toppings like chocolate sauce or nuts.
